Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a trip to meet with national troops in the Donetsk region on the weekday. The president confirmed that he met with warriors at the military base of the initial brigade of the state defense force Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya sector, a location approximately 12 miles from the city.

Intense Circumstances in the Region

Recent mapping from a national effort showed that opposition armies had advanced deeper into the city and surrounding areas, though significant areas remained beyond firm control by both forces. The conditions are severe, with accounts indicating that opposition troops were establishing defenses and enhancing fortifications in certain areas.

Russian forces continue to advance in the Pokrovsk direction and appear to be operating with enhanced confidence within the city proper.

Research institutes noted that defense units had freed a large area of a Russian penetration in the Dobropillya front, on the east side of the Pokrovsk effort.

Ukrainian Aerial Attacks Deep Inside Russia

National unmanned aircraft targeted a production facility approximately a considerable distance inside Russian territory at the location.
