Individual Accused in Brown University Tragedy Located Dead Inside Storage Unit.

The individual believed to be the recent deadly violence at Brown University authorities state died by suicide on Thursday evening, as stated by law enforcement.

The discovery was made at a storage facility on Thursday evening, as reported from an official source. The same individual is also suspected of the murder of a Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor at a residence in the Boston area.

“He ended his own life this evening,” stated the chief of the Providence police department during a news briefing.

The chief named the deceased man as Claudio Nevis Valenti, a 48-year-old individual enrolled at Brown University.

This news follows a significant law enforcement operation at a storage facility in Salem, New Hampshire earlier on Thursday. Witnesses described seeing numerous armed officers entering the location.

The manhunt for the shooter had restarted on Monday after the attorney general's office revealed that a person of interest on Sunday had been released. This development was admitted to be likely to cause fresh anxiety for the local community.

City leadership noted that while the letting go was a disappointment, the broader investigation was not paused unabated.

The young victims who lost their lives in the shooting have been named by family. They are Ella Cook, a second-year student from Alabama who was served as vice-president for a campus political group, and MukhammadAziz Umurzokov, an Uzbek national in his freshman year who aspired to a neurosurgeon.

Authorities are scheduled to hold a press conference to deliver further details on the suspect's death.
